At Picasso Lawn & Landscape, we stand behind the quality of the plants, shrubs, and trees we provide and install. That's why we offer a one-year replacement warranty on all plants, shrubs, and trees supplied and installed by our team, including both the replacement plant and installation labor.

What Does Our Plant Warranty Cover?
Picasso Lawn & Landscape provides a one-year replacement warranty on qualifying plants, shrubs, and trees that we supply and install.
Warranty coverage is subject to proper watering and care. The warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by:
Other conditions outside of Picasso Lawn & Landscape's control. Warranty replacements are subject to inspection and will be completed during an appropriate planting season. Please note that replacement plants do not extend or restart the original one-year warranty period.
Customer Care Responsibilities
Proper care after installation is an important part of keeping your landscape healthy and maintaining warranty coverage.
Newly installed plants must receive appropriate watering and routine care following installation. Watering should be adjusted based on:
- Rainfall
- Temperature
- Soil conditions
- The specific needs of the plant
It's important to remember that overwatering can be just as harmful as under-watering. Providing the right amount of water and monitoring your plants regularly can help them establish successfully.
What Should You Do If You Have a Concern?
If a newly installed plant begins showing signs of significant decline, please contact Picasso Lawn & Landscape as soon as possible.
We may request photos to help our team evaluate the condition of the plant.
Please do not remove or replace the plant before contacting us. Picasso Lawn & Landscape must have the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the plant to determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.
Our Warranty Replacement Process
Approved warranty replacements will be scheduled during an appropriate planting season, taking into consideration:
- 1 Weather conditions
- 2 Plant availability
- 3 Our production schedule
Whenever possible, Picasso Lawn & Landscape will use the same plant variety as the original installation. If the original variety is unavailable, Picasso Lawn & Landscape may provide a comparable replacement.
